Unable to get past the Zoom login

This is my second Azulle Stick PC. The first one was shipped with a basic Windows 10 setup and nothing related to Zoom. The second one I have received seems to be intended for use with Zoom. Is there a way I can login and bypass the room setup and just create a regular Windows 10 user account? I tried the Zoom account's admin password found in this forum and that just takes me back to the Zoom room setup screen.  Thanks in advance for any tips!
