As background, we have 2 Byte 4 devices, one of which I upgraded to windows 11 last week.

Today when booting up the one running windows 11 the wired network adapters are now missing, but the wireless adapter is still present. I am attaching the view of the Device manager from windows 11.  I have attached the usb controllers section only because there is an error, and I am unsure if that has something to do with the issue.

I have tried:

  • Rescanning devices in Device Manager
  • Performing "Network reset" under advanced network settings.

FWIW, despite rebooting multiple times, I powered down the unit and unplugged it and then plugged it in.  Now the wired adapters are present and working properly.  This does not leave me with a warm and fuzzy feeling inside. 🙁
